The basic Total Enterprise CRM architecture for the Small Business Edition consists of the following entities:
Total Enterprise CRM requires Microsoft SQL Server to manage the database. The free version of Microsoft SQL Server Express is adequate for most small businesses.
Note that Microsoft SQL Server may already be installed if organisations are running other applications, such as Exonet or ACT. Microsoft SQL Server is designed to use more than one database simultaneously – Total Enterprise CRM can share the server in this case.
Total Enterprise CRM can be used in a variety of ways. For example, it can be run by a single user on a laptop or in a large, multi-user organisation.
