An opportunity is an expected sale or probable revenue from a company or contact.
Both leads and opportunities represent expected business. But, because you've utilized opportunities through your sales process, they are more probably to result in some revenue than your unutilized leads.
The CRM includes a powerful sales opportunity tracking system, including the following key features:
| • | Record opportunity value, expected close date and status. |
| • | Multiple Types of opportunity. |
| • | User-definable “Stages” for each opportunity type. |
| • | Ability to require notes/comments as opportunity reaches certain stages. |
You can also relate calls, meetings, notes, attachments, to do items and documents to the opportunity to give full visibility on related activities.

| • | View a list of all opportunities assigned to you i.e. opportunities associated to your account |
