In Total Enterprise CRM, you use Activities to track all interactions with customers, vendors, and prospects and then build your to-do list based on these interactions.

 

Activities are a perfect and well-organized way to track your day-to-day collaboration with your customers, expected customers, future vendors, and partners. Using CRM's activity feature, you can serve customers much better and quicker with all of the information you need right on your desktop than any manual way.

 

There are five types of activities that you can use to track interactions with customers:

Task
Fax
Letter
Phone call
E-mail

 

You can use Activity tab to:

View a list of all activities added in CRM system
View a list of activities assigned to you i.e. activities associated to your account
View a list of all projects added in CRM system
View a list of projects assigned to you i.e. projects associated to your account
View a list of all tasks added in CRM system
View a list of tasks assigned to you i.e. tasks associated to your account
View a list of all calls added in CRM system
View a list of calls assigned to you i.e. calls associated to your account
View a list of all meetings added in CRM system
View a list of meetings assigned to you i.e. meetings associated to your account
