4.11 CRM system options

The system 'options' button in Total Enterprise CRM is used to customise and personalise your CRM.

 

 

To access it, click on the CRM button and click options. A dialog box will appear, as shown below:

 

 

This dialog box contains a variety of tabs in the left-hand panel, as well as forms for these tabs in the right-hand panel. Select a suitable tab from the left-hand panel, and then customise it in the right-hand panel.
