The user interface of Total Enterprise CRM is similar to Microsoft Office 2007 system programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

The CRM button contains some common commands like Open new window, Change password, Log off, Close and, most important of all, the options button.

This CRM button is available all the time no matter where you are working within the system. To access this button by keyboard, press Alt + F.
