'Import' is a process for uploading data from a comma-separated value (CSV) file to Total Enterprise CRM using the Import wizard.
Similarly, 'exporting' data can be performed quickly and easily from every grid in the system. Existing formatting and grouping is preserved, making it ideal for the production of ad hoc reports.
