3 Getting started

Anyone can use Total Enterprise CRM! If you've used Microsoft Office 2007, you will recognise the ribbon, tabs and quick-access toolbars which are also available in Total Enterprise CRM.

Here are the steps to follow to set up Total Enterprise CRM:

1.	Install Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008.

2.	Install Total Enterprise CRM Server and Total Enterprise CRM Client.

3.	Connect with SQL Server database.

4.	Load the licence key.

5.	Configure the system as required.

6.	Start your business with Total Enterprise CRM.
