Dashboards contain dashlets, which are graphs and charts. These allow the visual representation of crucial day-to-day data. You can have one or more dashboards (eg sales, forecasting and/or marketing dashboards).
Total Enterprise CRM is highly flexible and customisable to your business, and dashlets are an excellent example of this. The system has predefined dashlets, but you can create as many as you need. It is relatively easy - with a little SQL knowledge and familiarity with the Total Enterprise CRM database - to create graphs for virtually any entity in your database.
Dashlets can drill down into other dashlets. For instance, you could have a bar graph indicating sales per month, and double-clicking on a month could show the products sold for that month. There is no limit to the drill down depth.
Dashlets can also be included on any form. For example, you could create a bar chart on the company form displaying monthly sales made by that company over the last 12 months.
