2.7 Calendar

The purpose of the calendar in Total Enterprise CRM is to monitor activities and services reserved for your customers. You can use the calendar tab to create or view activities such as calls, meetings and tasks. You can also import activities from external sources like Microsoft Outlook, and export them as required.

 

Users can view each other’s calendars in order to share activities. As a user, the information that you observe in a colleague's calendar depends on your team membership. It is controlled by administration.

 

The calendar shows all your organisation's scheduled activities - daily, weekly and monthly - in a linear format. In each format, planned activities and their associated dates (such as meetings, calls and tasks) are displayed.

 

You can carry out the following tasks and activities for scheduling with the help of calendar:

 

Monitor your organisation's daily, weekly and monthly schedule of activities.
Create and manage new schedule activities.
Update the status of an existing activity.
Search for any conflicts in the schedule.
