Communication is a way of interacting with contact or company. In Total Enterprise CRM, communication may take the following forms:

 

email
fax
SMS
letter
target list.

 

Email, fax, SMS and letter are familiar to everyone. A target list is a group of contacts, companies or leads that you have specified.
