The purpose of the calendar in CRM is to monitor activities and services reserved for customers. You can use use the Calendar tab to create/view activities such as calls, meetings, and tasks.
You can also import activities from external source like Microsoft Outlook, and also export them as required.
Users can view each other’s calendars in order to share activities. As a user, the information that you can observe in a calendar of your colleague, depends on your team membership. It is controlled by admin.
The calendar shows all of your organisation's scheduled activities in a linear view of the daily, weekly, or monthly calendar. To view your calendar by day, week, or month, click the appropriate button at the top of the main screen (below ribbon). In each format, any planned activities with associated dates are shown – such as meetings, calls, tasks etc.
You can use Calendar tab to:

| • | View a list of all calls assigned to you i.e. calls associated to your account |
| • | View a list of all meetings assigned to you i.e. meetings associated to your account |
| • | Schedule a call to a company/contact |
| • | Schedule a meeting to a company/contact |
| • | Add a task for a company/contact |
