'Short Message Service' (SMS) is communication via the exchange of short text messages, usually between mobile phones.
To send an SMS to a company or contact, follow these steps.
Step 1: Select Send SMS

Click the Company tab located on the ribbon.
Select Send SMS in the Communications group.
Step 2: Type your message

The 'SMS' form contains all the relevant information broken down into two tabs. These tabs are located in upper panel and include:
| • | general information - details similar to an ordinary SMS message ('concatenate' means that you can merge or combine SMSs, if their length increases beyond the usual 256 characters) |
| • | advance - contains BCC and campaigns associated with the message and sending date. |
Note:
The fields marked with red star (*) at the right end indicate that they are required fields; other fields can be left blank.
Step 3: Send your SMS
Click the send button to send your SMS.
