Total Enterprise CRM has various editors. They resemble those in Microsoft Word and are very easy to use.
Buttons such as bold, italic, and copy and paste will already be familiar to you. These buttons are preset in the form of toolbars. Each button has a tool tip that tells you more about its functionality.
You can switch from formatted text to plain text by selecting the Text tab.
At the bottom of the menu, the HTML tab allows you to edit the text, and the Preview tab enables you to see the results and how they will look.
