How do you group records? |

Records can be grouped on any grid. To do this, follow these steps:
Step 1: Select Group by box
Right-click anywhere on any header of a column and select Group by box.
Step 2: Select Field
Drag a column header here to group by that column. Select a column header and drop it in grey area.
Step 3: View grouping
The grid is now grouped by the column selected.
To remove grouping, drag that column's header back to its original location.
Unselect Group by box to hide the grey area.
