In Total Enterprise CRM, records are listed in a sortable, flexible grid. You can sort these records in either ascending or descending order.

 

Sorting is possible on every grid.  Clicking on the column header (ie the top of the column) alternates the sort order on that column.

 

         

 

Note the change in direction of the triangle ( or ) on the column header, with the change of order (ascending or descending), as shown in the screens above.
